Following your first bill, we’ll continue to produce monthly invoices on your set bill date, based on the consumption information we hold for your property.


 To see your exact bill date, simply log in to the Tulo App or Web Portal.


In the App navigate to Billing and the expected date of your next bill is shown against the heading Your Next Bill.


In the Web Portal navigate to Bills & Payments and the expected date of your next bill is shown in the middle box of the headline panel under the Direct Debit collection date look for the text Next bill on....
