Change My Direct Debit Date

If you wish to change your Direct Debit date, please email us at help@tulo.energy or log in to the Tulo App or Web Portal and start a Web Chat with our team.


Your First Direct Debit

We cannot change the date of your first Direct Debit — it’s a condition of your switch.


Subsequent Direct Debits
Once your first Direct Debit has been collected, we can move your future collection dates. However if you request a change of more than 10 days, we may require an additional payment in the same month. For example: if your initial Direct Debit is taken on the 10th and you request to move it to the 28th, your next payment will still occur in that same month.


Date changes of less than 10 days can usually be accommodated, but we’ll review these on a case-by-case basis when you contact us.
