My Start Date

To view your intended start date, simply log in to the Tulo App or Web Portal. Navigate to Readings and select Meter Information


Your start date may be delayed depending on what happens during your switch. Actions by your previous supplier or industry processes can sometimes cause delays, but we will always work to meet your target go-live date. 


If you wish to change your go-live date, please email us at help@tulo.energy or log in to the Tulo App or Web Portal and start a Web Chat with our team.
