Your bill cycle is based on your registration date, and we’ll produce your first bill roughly one month after your supply start date. To see your exact bill date, simply log in to the Tulo App or Web Portal and navigate to Billing.
Sometimes your first bill may be delayed due to industry processes, usually because of a delayed opening meter reading. If this happens, don’t worry — we’ll be working behind the scenes to resolve it and will produce your bill as soon as we receive the information.
