Your bill cycle is based on your registration date, and we’ll produce your first bill roughly one month after your supply start date. To see your exact bill date, simply log in to the Tulo App or Web Portal.
In the App navigate to Billing and the expected date of your next bill is shown against the heading Your Next Bill.
In the Web Portal navigate to Bills & Payments and the expected date of your next bill is shown in the middle box of the headline panel under the Direct Debit collection date look for the text Next bill on....
Sometimes your first bill may be delayed due to industry processes, usually because of a delayed opening meter reading. If this happens, don’t worry — we’ll be working behind the scenes to resolve it and will produce your bill as soon as we receive the information.
