Following your first Direct Debit payment, we will continue to take monthly payments for your energy on your monthly payment date. It’s a condition of all our Direct Debit tariffs that payments are made by Direct Debit.
You can view your Direct Debit date in the Tulo App or Web Portal.
In the App navigate to Billing and the date of the month is shown under the heading Your Direct Debit
In the Web Portal navigate to Bills & Payments and the date of the month is shown in the middle box of the headline panel.
If your Direct Debit is cancelled or fails, we reserve the right to move you to our Non-Direct Debit Standard Variable Tariff, which will be more expensive.
