Change My Account Information

You can change some of your account information in the Tulo App or Web Portal. Navigate to Account then select Your Information. Here you can change:


  • First Name
  • Last Name 
  • Email Address
  • Primary Phone Number


If you need to change anything else on your account please email us at help@tulo.energy or log in to the Tulo App or Web Portal and start a web chat with our team.
