Changing Direct Debit Bank Details

You can view Your Mandate Information in the Web Portal simply navigate to Account. Please note that for security you can only view the last 2 digits of your account number.


If you wish to change your Direct Debit bank details, please email us at help@tulo.energy or log in to the Tulo App or Web Portal and start a Web Chat with our team.
