Signing into your Tulo account

To access your Tulo account, you need to use the email address you provided when you signed up with Tulo. This is the same email address we use to communicate with you.


For your security, our portal uses two-factor authentication. This process involves sending you a one-time access link and a mobile confirmation code.


Important Note: If you haven't registered a mobile number, you may encounter issues receiving text messages to a landline, depending on your service provider. If you need to disable two-factor authentication for your account, please email us at help@tulo.energy.


Steps to Access Your Tulo Account

1) Visit the Login Page


2) Go to the Tulo Energy portal by clicking here.


3) Enter Your Email Address (Type in the email address you used to join Tulo.)


4) Click 'Email me a link to sign in instantly'


5) Open your email account and look for a message from help@tulo.energy. If you don't see it, check your spam folder and mark our email as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.


6) Click the Login Link


7) Click the "Login to Tulo" button in the email. This link is secure and can only be used once before it expires.


8) When prompted, enter the code sent to your registered mobile number.


9) Click "Continue" to finish the login process.


You are now logged into your Tulo portal.
