To access your Tulo account, you need to use either the email address or the mobile number you provided when you signed up with Tulo. This is the same email address and mobile we use to communicate with you.

For your security, our portal uses two-factor authentication. When signing in with your mobile number, you’ll receive a code by text. If signing in with your email, we’ll send you a one-time access link. This extra step helps protect your account from unauthorised access and keeps your details safe.

Steps to Access Your Tulo Account

1) Visit the Login Page

2) Go to the Tulo Energy portal by clicking here.

3) Enter Your Email Address or mobile number (Type in the email address or mobile number you used to join Tulo.)

4) Click the green arrow

5) Enter the code we text you, if signing in by mobile. If signing in by email, check your inbox and click the Sign In button on the email.

You are now logged into your Tulo Web Portal.
