Cancel My Switch

If you’ve had a change of heart and want to cancel your switch (even though we’re brilliant and you’ll probably regret it), just let us know by emailing help@tulo.energy or by logging in to the Tulo App or Web Portal and starting a Web Chat with our team. 


Cooling-off period


If you change your mind about joining Tulo Energy, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day after you sign up. During this time:


  • You can cancel your switch or move to another supplier without paying any exit fees.

  • If you do cancel, you’ll only be charged for any energy you’ve used while supplied by Tulo. This will be billed at our Standard Variable Tariff (SVT), as your contract is effectively cancelled.
