Tulo Fixed 15M July v4  – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply if you have chosen our Tulo Fixed 15M July v4  tariff.

1. Tariff Duration

Your prices will be fixed for 15 months from the date your tariff starts. We will confirm your tariff start date in your welcome pack.

2. Exit Fees

If you choose to leave us to switch to another energy supplier before the end of your 15-month fixed period, we will charge an exit fee of £120 per fuel (electricity and/or gas). This means you will pay:

  • £120 if you leave with electricity only, or gas only
  • £240 if you leave with both electricity and gas

The exit fee will apply even if you are moving home, unless you continue your energy supply with us at your new property (see below).

The exit fee will be charged only where it applies to your circumstances under these terms. No exit fee will apply during your 14-day cooling-off period or if you have 49 days or less remaining on your fixed term.

3. Moving Home

Your tariff applies to the property named in your contract and cannot be transferred to another address. If you move out

during your fixed term, we will close your account when your responsibility for the property ends. The exit fee in section 2

may apply when we close your account, subject to the exceptions in that section.

If you sign up your new property directly with Tulo within 30 days of closing your old account, we will credit the exit fee to     your new account once your supply with us goes live. Your new property will have a new contract and tariff.

4. End of Fixed Term

We’ll contact you before your fixed term ends to let you know your options. If you don’t take action before the end date, you’ll automatically move to our standard variable tariff.

5. Payment by Direct Debit

This tariff is only available to customers who pay by Direct Debit. If you cancel your Direct Debit during the fixed term, we will:

  • Transfer you to our standard variable tariff, and
  • Charge the relevant exit fee for ending the fixed tariff early (see Section 2 above).

The Direct Debit requirement applies even if you continue to take your energy supply from us, as this tariff can only be paid by Direct Debit. If a Direct Debit payment fails, we may move you to another tariff in line with our main Terms and Conditions and the payment terms for your account. If we remove you from the tariff because of a Direct Debit failure, the applicable exit fee for ending your fixed tariff early will be charged. See Section 2 above.

Please note - Tulo Fixed 15M July v4  is available for limited periods only and may not currently be available.
