What do I need to do if I’m moving out?

If you're moving out of a property we supply, please contact our customer support team with the following details: 


  1. Do you own or lease the property?

  2. Your move-out date

  3. Date you cease responsibility (e.g. sale or tenancy end date)

  4. Final meter readings for gas and electricity (unless you have working smart meters)

  5. Your forwarding address

  6. New occupier details – name, phone, email

  7. Your Landlord details (if leased) – name, phone, email 

  8. Letting/Sales agent details – name, phone, email 


We may not be able to complete the change of tenancy or issue any refunds until we have this information.


If your property is leased we'll need the landlord and the letting agent details so we can contact them to confirm the lease arrangements. 


The easiest way to speak to us is through the Web Chat in the Tulo App or Web Portal, simply click "I'm already a Tulo Customer" and then "I'm moving home" .
