I'm a Landlord and have a new tenant

If you have a tenant moving into a property we supply, please contact our customer support team with the following details: 


  1. Their move-in date

  2. Date you cease responsibility (e.g. the day before the tenancy start date)

  3. Final meter readings (unless you have working smart meters)

  4. New tenant details – name, phone, email


The easiest way to speak to us is through the chat function in the Tulo App or Online Portal, simply click "I'm already a Tulo Customer" and then "I'm moving home" .
