I'm a Landlord and have a new tenant

If you have a tenant moving into a property we supply, please contact our customer support team with the following details: 


  1. Their move-in date

  2. Date you cease responsibility (e.g. the day before the tenancy start date)

  3. Final meter readings for gas and electricity (unless you have working smart meters)

  4. New tenant details – name, phone, email


The easiest way to speak to us is through the Web Chat in the Tulo App or Online Portal, simply click "I'm already a Tulo Customer" and then "I'm moving home" .
