Is there a cheaper tariff available?

Tariffs are updated in line with changes to the wholesale market. If a cheaper tariff is available, it will be shown on your bill under the section titled “Could You Pay Less?”


If you’re currently on a Fixed Tariff, an exit fee may apply if you have more than 49 days remaining on your tariff.
