If you're on a Fixed Tariff, an exit fee may apply if you have more than 49 days remaining on your contract and your 14-day cooling-off period has already passed.

Our Variable Tariffs do not have an exit fee.

To view your current tariff, including the end date, simply log in to the Tulo App Navigate to Account and select Current Tariff Details. or on the Web Portal Navigate to Account.
